Catfish Chili - So quick and easy, this tasty tomato and catfish chili, is absolutely delicious! Ingredients to make Catfish Chili
2 lb Catfish fillets, chunked
1 c Chopped green pepper
2 tb Butter
2 Cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 lb Red kidney beans
1 lb Can tomatoes, undrained
6 oz Tomato paste
Directions to make Catfish Chili
Step 1:Saute green pepper and garlic in butter until tender. Add seasonings. Mix well. Add beans and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Step 2:Add fish. Cover and simmer 15 more minutes until fish flakes easily.
