Catfish Herbed Grilled Catfish Recipe - The few simple ingredients added to this catfish recipe make it easy to create this tasty dish.

Ingredients to make Herbed Grilled Catfish Recipe

1 1/3 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 pound catfish fillets
vegetable cooking spray
oregano
thyme

Directions to make Herbed Grilled Catfish Recipe

Step 1:

Combine first 7 ngredients.

Step 2:

Sprinkle mixture evenly on both sides of fillets. Place fillets in a grilling basket coated withcooking spray. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350 to 400F).

Step 3:

Place basket on rack; grill, covered, 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Tranfer to a serving platter. If desired,
