Baked Catfish in Parmesan - The scrumptious, cheesy, baked catfish recipe is yet another one of our “Less Than 30 Minute Meals”. Oven baked in just 20 Minutes, we first breaded it ever so lightly in distinctive parmesan cheese, then sprinkled it with healthy almonds. Baked to a golden brown, with a fresh, light taste, it is also a quick and easy recipe.
